Easter Weekend and more...
We have had a busy week at our house and it all started with painting our kitchen. Thanks to the expertise of Craig, Sheila, and Brianna, my kitchen has gone from sterile to scrumptious! Thanks you guys, I could not have ever done this without you!
The arches are my favorite part of the whole kitchen, which is funny because we originally were not going to paint that wall because of the rounded corners. This picture is also pretty close to what the color actually looks like. Don't mind the mess!

The Saturday before Easter we had my family and Cortanie over to color easter eggs (the Jacobs and the Yosts went to Boise to visit the Brownings - we opted not to go because of the thought of a six hour drive with our kids - yikes! Cortanie had to work so could not go, but we had a great sleepover!)
Here are the Easter Egg coloring pro's led, of course, by Gabe who was very proud of his Eggs.
On Monday, Nick took the afternoon off and we all went to the park to enjoy the warm spring weather and fly our new kite. We actually bought the kite in January, Gabe picked it out, and it has been sheer torture for him to wait till the weather was warm to try it. Here he is finally flying the kite!
Here is a picture of Ian rolling down the "hill", although he was already at the bottom of the hill on flat ground. :)

This picture pretty much sums up the mood of Easter Sunday, we all had a great day with lots and lots of sugar!
